HardHat is hiring an experienced Instrumentation Technician for Data & Control Systems. This position is located in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Aerospace/avionics/Technical field experience is required.
Qualifications/Experience Preferred and/or Required:
- Experience with instrumentation included but not limited to: accelerometers, transducers, thermocouples
- Perform work in support of fellow technicians and engineering employees using shop assembly equipment and hand tools such as Ohmmeters & voltage calibrators
- Troubleshoot failures and issues derived from test data
- Troubleshoot, Build and terminate AC power equipment up to 480VAC
- Ability to design and fabricate simple electrical circuits
- Knowledge of ISO 9000, IPC-620, and ICP-610 standards
- PLC and DAQ programming experience
- Experience with NI Max, Step 7, Studio 5000
- Must be comfortable working at heights & in extreme environments
- Must be able to pass Air Force Background check
