- Team Building: Recruit, train, and develop employees to excel in their roles through coaching and constructive feedback.
- Customer Engagement: Promptly address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring exceptional service and long-term loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Assess market conditions, identify new opportunities, and adapt strategies to stay competitive.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement pricing strategies for profitability.
- Compliance & Safety: Uphold high ethical standards, maintain safety protocols, and comply with all applicable regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with service managers and supervisors to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the pool industry; business ownership experience is a plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of pool equipment, chemicals, and safe handling practices.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage with team members and customers at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in forecasting, market analysis, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and mobile applications for business operations.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor settings, and travel between locations.
- Driving Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean record (review required).
