As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the timeline and scope of an executed sales agreement. You will also effectively oversee ongoing projects, manage the installation process, and provide timely updates to clients and all team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arranging project layout/measure appointments with our new customers in cooperation with our sales representatives.
- Preparing and submitting documentation for material ordering.
- Scheduling installation dates with customers.
- Managing the receipt of materials at our warehouse.
- Organizing and preparing the materials for each job.
- Manage installer disposition and loading of materials from the warehouse on each job start date.
- Routinely visiting job sites to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Communicating with customers daily during the installation.
- PM will be the primary contact for our customers and installers during installation and is responsible for being available for labor assistance, planning assistance, material assistance, and any other requirements which are necessary to complete the installation in a timely manner.
- Service calls: All service calls will be managed by the PM.
- Warranty claims: Our company offers a Lifetime Warranty on products and installation. The PM will be responsible for managing warranty claims.
- Installers: The PM is responsible for managing the company’s installers and ensuring that they are adhering to the job requirements and strictly following company policy and procedures.

Pay: $75,000 - $90,000+(Depends on experience)

- Construction or construction related: 3 - 5 years (Preferred)

- Auto insurance (minimum required by Texas law)
