Position Overview
We are seeking a Plumbing Install Manager with a sharp eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to exceptional service. You will bring warmth and well-being to homes and businesses, as you lead a team tackling everything from residential to commercial challenges with confidence and precision.
Pay:
- Up to a $5000.00* sign-on bonus. *Depending on level of expertise.
- $130,000-$160,000 annual salary depending on experience.
- Year-end bonus opportunities.

Requirements:
- Plumbing License: Journeyman, Tradesman, or Master.
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
- Proficiency in plumbing techniques and tools.
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and working in all weather conditions.
- Previous management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Daily percentage of work 70% in field 30% in office for first 30 days. After the first 30 days this split will be reviewed.
- Training Install Techs
- Perform ride-along training with each tech until all techs are through the training with for the first 30 days
- Fill out ride along forms and email to Alec Hanson for review and assistance in procedure building
- Build procedures to follow based on the results of the ride-along trainings
- Identify weakest techs and build improvement plan for training or fire.
- Assist in delegating a Install Field Supervisor for Austin
- 1 in-office trainings per week.
- Submit training focus at the Monday Priorities Meeting
- Supervise tech and warehouse to have techs properly equipped in a timely manner by communicating field staff needs to management
- Build schedule for rotating weekends and holidays
- Create a quarterly staffing forecast
- Goal of adding one tech per month as target metrics are being met
- Handle customer complaints as needed
- Delegate warranty calls to appropriate field supervisor
- Perform quality checks as needed
- Assist in split job tracking and work with GMs and payroll as needed
