B&B Developers LLC is looking for a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join the team.
Job Summary
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Experienced in new construction - Residential and/or Commercial.
- Experienced in underground and top out.
- Experienced with installation of plumbing fixtures.
- Able to read and interpret plans.
- Ensure that all plumbing work is performed in a safe, efficient, and professional manner and that all work areas are left clean and tidy after completion.
- Reliable transportation to Maricopa, Arizona.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
The Plumber is responsible for the repair, maintenance, testing, and installation and trouble-shooting of plumbing systems. This position responds to general maintenance duties and Medical Clinics. The position requires the ability to work independently and productively without close supervision and manage multiple assignments in cooperation with all staff members to promote teamwork and service excellence.

Certification/Licensure:
- Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license.
- Licensed as a journeyman plumber.
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex plumbing systems.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Familiarity with construction plumbing practices and techniques.
