Service Plumber Technician – Commercial/Residential

Responsibilities include repairing pipes, tanks, and water fixtures, unclogging toilets and drains, and handling various residential & commercial plumbing.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
- Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems.
- Testing systems for leaks and other problems.
- Always Obeying health and safety codes.
- Performing inspections and providing advice to client.
- Selecting the most cost-effective, quality products for installation and repair.
- Working alongside electricians, construction workers, and other professionals.
- Providing time and cost estimates beforehand.
- Communicating effectively with clients, especially when a job is taking longer than expected.
- Being always polite and respectful of clients and their homes.

Competencies:
- A completed apprenticeship.
- Must be on time and at a specified client location as assigned.
- Valid, current, unencumbered driver's license.
- Good driving record with no major violations.
- Attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience in a similar environment.
Experience:
Preferred:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Plumber focusing on residential and Commercial.
- Basic computer skills. Experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
