We are currently searching for a full time Maintenance Supervisor for a property located in the Miami Area.
Candidates must have prior experience in preparing vacant units for occupancy, strong knowledge in electrical, plumbing, general repairs, carpentry, etc., be able to trouble shoot and solve problems quickly and effectively, work a flexible schedule, motivated and HVAC certified.
- experience with high rise building with cooling tower, & domestic pump.
- experience with supervising staff of 10 or mor/e
- experience coordinating with vendor property projects.
- Bilingual
