Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will work both in the field, handling all major brands of equipment from self-contained units to multi-stage chiller systems, including our in-house brands, and in our shop on our first-class equipment as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of marine air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Work on a variety of equipment brands and systems, including self-contained units to multi-stage chiller systems.
- Read and interpret fabrication prints and drawings.
- Maintain a high standard of quality in all work performed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Training:
Training is available for marine mechanics from other fields looking to transition into this specialty.

Requirements:
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
- Quality-minded and detail-oriented.
- Ability to read fabrication prints and drawings.
- Experience working aboard yachts.
- Mechanically inclined and capable of handling hands-on tasks.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Possess basic hand tools.
- Ability to occasionally lift 75+ lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
