Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in property maintenance and equipment repair. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Need to be willing to work in AZ heat and also willing to travel. Must have sign knowledge. Willing to train if necessary.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain air conditioning systems and other HVAC equipment.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for equipment repairs or installations.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues.
- Conduct routine property maintenance to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
- Repair and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Design and implement efficient installation processes for various equipment.
- Drive a van to transport tools and materials to job sites safely.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role related to equipment repair.
- Proficient in welding techniques and safety practices.
- Experience using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
