Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure our property stays in top shape! As part of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by keeping our facilities operating at peak performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Routine Inspections: Keep our premises and equipment in tip-top condition by conducting regular inspections.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Ensure everything is running like clockwork with scheduled maintenance and timely repairs.
- Energy Systems Expertise: Troubleshoot and repair heating, cooling, plumbing, lighting, and kitchen systems to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handy Repairs: Fix floors, doors, and roofs—no challenge too big or small.
- Installations: Help us improve by installing new windows, carpets, light fixtures, and more!
- Creative Fixes: Repaint walls, repair broken furniture, and handle leaks in bathrooms and kitchens.
- Electrical & Mechanical Know-How: Repair equipment such as fans and air conditioners, ensuring comfort for guests and staff alike.
- Facility Upkeep: Replace ceiling tiles, change light bulbs, fix faucets, and keep our building safe and functional.
- Safety First: Check and maintain safety systems like fire alarms and CCTV cameras.
- Contractor Coordination: Oversee outside contractors during professional repairs to make sure everything is done to standard.
- Equipment Care: Lubricate, clean, and inspect tools and machinery to prevent breakdowns.
- Garden & Pool Care: Assist with outdoor upkeep, including garden maintenance and pool cleanliness.
- General Cleaning: Keep the property spotless with regular cleaning tasks like mopping, dusting, and trash collection.
- Team Collaborator: Work alongside professionals during renovation projects and major facility upgrades.
- Problem Solver: Handle plumbing, electrical, and structural issues as they arise, always ensuring a swift resolution.
- Daily Inspections: Check public areas daily to ensure our guests always enjoy a flawless environment.
What You’ll Bring:
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Solid knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to handle a variety of maintenance tasks
- Prior experience in maintenance roles is a plus
