Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess the ability to read blueprints and execute various installation tasks with precision. This role involves working on construction/residential/commercial sites, where you will be responsible for installing LED permanent lighting and security cameras, as well as performing electrical work (running low voltage wiring).
Duties
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Perform various installation tasks including LED Lighting, Low Voltage
- Execute electrical installations and repairs as needed (all Low Voltage).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Adhering to safety protocols and quality standards, no exceptions.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment on work sites.
- Customer Service and people skills are required, no exceptions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a construction-related field with a focus on installation tasks.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and basic electrical work is preferred (all Low Voltage).
- Experience in climbing up/down on ladders with two story homes
- Experience using Boom Lifts (nice to have, not a requirement)
- Ability to perform installation tasks effectively while ensuring quality workmanship.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety practices on-site.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
