*Complete Service Calls - HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, sheetrock, troubleshooting
*Inventory control/ part ordering
*Exterior building and property maintenance
* Pool - CPO required and paid for by company
*Vacant apartment turns
*Gate repair and maintenance
* Preventative maintenance program
*On-Cal Required
