Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Smart Home Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ADT smart home security systems in residential homes and small businesses. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' are protected and their security systems are functioning optimally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test wireless home security systems, including alarms, cameras, and smart door locks.
- Provide excellent customer service by educating customers on system use and features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with security systems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all installations meet ADT standards and company guidelines.
- Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork related to installations and service calls.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a security installation technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of low voltage electrical and wireless home security systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must have your own basic hand tools to complete installations and service calls
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ADT security systems or other major brands.
- Familiarity with installing wireless cameras and home automation systems.

Pay: $900.00 - $2,500.00 per week
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
