Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Supervisor Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to emergencies related to water and fire damage, performing restoration and cleaning services, and ensuring that properties are returned to their pre-loss condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and a strong understanding of various restoration techniques.
Responsibilities
- Assess damage and determine the appropriate restoration methods for water and fire-damaged properties.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to perform restoration tasks.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and restoration processes as needed.
- Clean, restore, and rebuild affected areas, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Implement asbestos abatement procedures when necessary, following safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during all projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion and customer satisfaction.
- Document work performed and communicate effectively with clients regarding the restoration process.
Skills
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to restoration tasks.
- Experience in carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration processes and fire restoration methods.
- Familiarity with the restoration industry standards and best practices.
- Ability to clean and restore various materials while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
