Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, including the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and possess hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. Your expertise will ensure the safety and efficiency of our operations while contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine wiring layouts and electrical specifications.
- Utilize tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and power tools for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform renovations and upgrades to existing electrical systems as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Experience with power tools and hand tools relevant to electrical work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on construction sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a maintenance person mentality for troubleshooting various issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.00 - $31.53 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
