Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform a range of tasks including carpentry, painting, and general property upkeep.
- Troubleshooting: Address plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues as they arise.
- Property Care: Maintain clean and organized workspaces across properties.
- Problem-Solving: Use your skills to quickly resolve maintenance challenges.
