Are you ready to kickstart your career in the HVAC industry? Look no further! Call Dad is offering a paid HVAC apprenticeship program through our D.A.D. University for individuals with little or no experience in the HVAC field.

Unlike college HVAC programs where students pay for classes or must take out student loans, Dad U apprentices are paid employees of Call Dad during their training. Plus, you can elect coverage in the full suite of Call Dad’s health benefits during the program.
Upon successful completion of this apprenticeship program, you will earn nationally recognized credentials and secure full-time employment with Call Dad in one of our locations in the Carolinas. This is a 3-year program with a 2-year employment commitment upon program completion
The HVAC Apprentice role at our company is not just a job; it's a pathway to a rewarding career. With a commitment of 40 to 60 hours per week, you will receive a competitive compensation of $18 per hour to start with tiered raises as milestones are reached.
