Manage a swimming pool route that includes cleaning of swimming pools each week and manage a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks;

Responsibilities:
- The ability to manage an inventory of tools, supplies, equipment and chemicals on their truck and properly utilize and replenish the inventory when needed.
- Repair various pool equipment from pumps to chlorinators.
- The ability to utilize a smartphone for our service/work order app
- The ability to recognize necessary repairs and always looking for a better way to serve our customers.
- Identifying opportunities outside of the repair call, such as upgrading other equipment or adding to the customer experience with other products.
Requirements:
To become a team member, we have a training program where we will teach you the Paradise way! Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and to maximize your earning potential.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- High school diploma and Certified Pool Operator License preferred
- Knowledge of 110 volt and 220 volt electrical equipment preferred, not required
- Knowledge of Langelier Saturation Index is preferred.
