I. SUMMARY
A Handyman will support the “Manager” in a safe, efficient, and professional manner with preventative, corrective, and general maintenance for the Client. Other duties include, but not limited to, daily assessments of systems, maintaining a clean working environment, and other various duties as assigned by the Manager, while adhering to all HS&E standards. The Handyman is responsible for performing preventative maintenance in accordance with the CMMS schedule, assisting other maintenance personnel with repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, general facility and grounds infrastructure, and providing general laborer support. The Handyman is also responsible for following all processes to support client satisfaction. The Handyman is an entry level, general labor position
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs general handyman tasks around the facility including door repairs, setups, light mechanical, light plumbing repairs, paint, patch, light bulb replacement, and other general laborer tasks as directed by the Manager

Assists tradesmen with repair, adjustment and maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and associated equipment as directed by the Manager

III. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements
Education
(HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
Business Experience
(Work/related experience)
- 0-1 years in Facility Maintenance or related field
Licenses/Certifications
- Valid state driver’s license with clean MV record (if operating moving vehicles)
- Any trade certificate (desired)
Language and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English required

The Handyman may not work independently and must work under the direction/oversight of local (Lead Building Engineer, Chief Engineer, or FM), Regional, or Country TS and Account Managers (dependent on space type, scope of work, and dispersion of ISS organizational managers). The Handyman does not supervise other ISS TS personnel or third-party vendors.
VI. Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the Handyman is regularly required to stand at eight-hour intervals with occasional scheduled breaks, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The individual frequently is required to climb stairs and ladders. The individual must regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds, at higher than chest level and be able to tolerate adverse working conditions due to climate and tolerate extreme temperature changes.
