As the Head of Construction & Maintenance, you will be responsible for the apartment complex's maintenance operations and construction activities. This pivotal role requires a hands-on leader who can manage work orders efficiently, perform unit turns, and ensure that all construction and repair work meets high standards of quality and timeliness.
UNIT TURNS CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE WORK ORDERS
Mornings: Unit Turns (Painting, Drywall, Punch List)
Afternoon/Lunch: Maintenance Work Orders
Qualifications:
- unit turnovers, including painting, drywall repairs, and punch list items, ensuring units are ready for new tenants.
- Proven experience in construction and maintenance management, preferably within the residential property management sector.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural repairs.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
