We are a HVAC-R company seeking HVAC Technician - Min. 4 Years Experience. that can perform residential and commercial installation & service work. We are hiring for Installation and Service Tech positions. If you have both service and installation experience than you are what were looking for. We are looking for hardworking professionals with a minimum of four (4) years of experience and a clean driving record with no/low points. Exceptional people skills, thorough communication (both verbally and in writing) and a professional appearance is a must. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our growing team. Must be a team player!
Requirements for HVAC Technician - Min. 4 Years Experience
- Ability to meet specific time constraints especially during summer
- Able to work weekends and overtime hours when needed
- EPA Certification (or will train and pay)
- Be a team player that demonstrates responsibility and leadership
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30-50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and work in tight, confined spaces (attics)
- HVAC knowledge and background with four (4) years experience with HVAC service
- have a clean driving record / background
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to tolerate Arizona heat
- You must provide your own general hand tools (we provide all truck installed tools)
- NATE certification is a plus - If you do not have this we will pay/train for you to get it.

$2,500 sign on bonus:
- $500 - 30 days of employment
- $500 - 3 months of employment
- $500 - 6 months of employment
