RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leverage your HVAC expertise to provide technical support during the sales process.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of HVAC systems.
- Ensure efficient service completion in accordance with industry standards.
- Communicate service needs and propose solutions to customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth service operations.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a Sales & Residential Service Technician.
- Proven sales acumen and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Must have appropriate trade tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
