RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leverage your HVAC expertise to provide technical support during the sales process.
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of HVAC systems.
Ensure efficient service completion in accordance with industry standards.
Communicate service needs and propose solutions to customers effectively.
Collaborate with team members for smooth service operations.
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a Sales & Residential Service Technician.
Proven sales acumen and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
Must have appropriate trade tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
