Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC General Manager to lead our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the production manager and partner with service, dispatch, warehouse, and other necessary departments to ensure timely and accurate service to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Ability to review scheduling and delegate effectively and efficiently in a way that best utilizes manpower for the install teams.
- Manage sales department (Help with sales & estimates etc.), Daily check ins with techs and team members to ensure they are set up for success, Knowledgeable on how to teach sales and new techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service; be able to communicate with customers, office staff, sales department, and field help.
- Interview & hire employees (Interviews)
- Approve installation projects expenses & final payment for the repair techs, salesmen and installers (Together with office).
- Help with warehouse orders (Negotiate on prices if needed)
- Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
- Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
- Provide consistent and accurate feedback, encouragement, support, professional development, and coaching to all the company employees.
- Manage dispatcher & Customer concerns, Follow up and resolve escalated customer disputes/complaints, ensuring an effective and long-term resolution and provide daily feedback to Operations Manager,
Qualifications:
- 5+ years proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor & team management.

- Ability to effectively lead a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Customer Relations and Sales Experience: Experience in building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.

- Takes Initiative: Proactive individuals who are not afraid to take charge and drive initiatives forward.
- Process Oriented: Detail-oriented individuals who excel at creating and optimizing processes for maximum efficiency.
Pay Transparency:
The starting average rate for this opportunity is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
