We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in the Metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
- Performing inspections, maintenance, and repair efforts on facility systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and more.
- Inspecting and reporting on facility conditions and operations to ownership.
- General interior maintenance tasks, including HVAC installation and repair.
