Overview
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for apartment community located in N Salt Lake. Would love to find someone hardworking and is interested in growth within our family-oriented company.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
-Complete make ready process from start to finish with a high level of quality and detail.
-Trouble shooting and/ or repair HVAC, electrical, appliances, plumbing, painting, and drywall. Help maintain supplies and tracking inventory.
-Preserving the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep and cleanliness, and grounds maintenance.
- Complete maintenance work orders.
-Troubleshoot/ fix items in house, ensure tools and supplies are being used property.
Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation to address internal client needs effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Experience troubleshooting and repairing appliances, HVAC, etc
-Experience with drywall, painting and general turnover services

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Nights as needed
- On call

Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- North Salt Lake, UT 84054: Relocate before starting work (Required)
