Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. Experienced and non experienced remodelers in any areas for Kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling even handymen looking to learn please apply. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and be capable of executing various installation tasks with precision and care. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Arrive at our office Monday through Friday from 7am - 3:30pm up to 5pm (but can be flexible from just 2 days a week to a full work week)
- Be customer service oriented
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or installation roles is preferred.
- Must be available to meet at our office/shop at 7am every morning with a clean and well groomed appearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.
