Licensed Plumber - Marietta, GA
We are currently seeking aLicensed Georgia Plumber, who has the drive and passion to work for a franchise and wants to be a leader.You will strive to provide safe plumbing systems for a variety of customers. Master Plumber Sign on Bonus is $3000 and Journeyman Plumber is $2250.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Perform repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Adhere to all applicable code and safety laws on job sites and when using equipment and vehicles.
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes.
- Maintain company equipment and property.

- Complete the appropriate paperwork and follow all company policies.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of service experience in the plumbing field.
- Must be client oriented with a drive to serve our customers.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Flat rate pricing experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and have a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with standard industry concepts, practices, codes, and procedures
Environment and Scheduling:
- Streamlined Service Titan dispatch software.
- Company tablet, phone, truck, and gas provided.
- Ongoing sales training with Blue Collar Success Group (company sponsored)
- Hours vary, must be on site by 8 AM M-F.
- 8+ hours shift.
- Must be available to an after-hours rotating schedule with weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Bend at the knees and hips repetitively
- Lift up to 100 lbs.
- Climb a ladder.
- Work in a crawlspace.
- Stand for long periods of time.
