We are seeking skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team of maintenance professionals. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our apartment communities. The Maintenance Technician role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, plumbing repairs, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various appliances, as well as preparing apartments for new resident move ins. The Maintenance Technician will provide excellent customer service to our residents while working independently or as part of a team.

Maintenance Technician Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs for residents related to electrical, plumbing and appliances.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and addressing concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication and teamwork.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various environments.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
