Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will manage Hapax’s online presence and ensure digital marketing campaigns are executed effectively across all channels.
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will define, develop and execute the company’s digital marketing and communication efforts. This role will work closely with the Hapax product, engineering, sales and customer success teams to effectively convey the Hapax mission and impact.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll report to the Senior Marketing Manager and support executing the programs intended to drive demand for Hapax solutions
- First position of its kind on the team – you’ll help establish operating rhythm and KPIs for business development across events, content and operations
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement
- Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms to help drive greater interest and generate valuable leads aligned with Hapax strategic goals
- Review current social media activity and plan and implement new strategies to grow the social media footprint
- Research industry media outlets for potential paid opportunities
- Manage third party media relationships to ensure all deliverables are received
- With direction, create a digital marketing plan and execute it
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing corporate websites and leading updates and enhancements to ensure business objectives are met
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 1-2 years of marketing experience
- Experience managing website updates, feature enhancements, integrations and deployments
- Ability to deploy landing pages and maintain site accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor campaigns for automation accuracy and perform quality assurance on customer-facing initiatives
- Execute marketing automation campaigns to drive lead generation
- Gather inputs and assets for email campaigns and landing page development, including audience segmentation and campaign logic
- Has been directly responsible for managing a company website
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods
- Collaborate on the development and integration of marketing technologies to enhance capabilities and streamline processes
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, Webflow strongly preferred
- Stay up to date on marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation
