Responsibilities:
The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years’ plumbing experience
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Ability to climb ladders and work in crawl spaces
- Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions included but not limited to, hot, cold, outdoors, dry humid areas, heights, and congested areas
- Knowledgeable in use of tools and machinery required for this position
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and local codes
- Able to lift 50lbs

- Experience within a healthcare or institutional setting
