We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers. Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on customer equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process
- Conduct equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with hydraulics, low voltage systems, precision measuring instruments, and schematics
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions
- Familiarity with high voltage systems and logic controllers is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally for service calls

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 80 per week
