- Drive sales growth by proactively identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' HVAC requirements, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, and present compelling proposals that meet their needs and budget.
- Collaborate with the HVAC team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations and differentiate from competitors.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, project details, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of projects and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.

- Proven track record of successful HVAC sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
