Property Management Firm is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community located in Austin, TX.
The ideal candidate must be HVAC certified and able to perform all aspect of apartment maintenance to include:
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Make Ready
- Electrical
- Painting
- Great compensation and benefits package.

Pay: $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
