Our team is looking for an Entry Level Client Support Representative to join our team and serve as the link between our clients and their customers. The Entry Level Client Support Representative will use their energy and enthusiasm to expand our client's brand awareness in the local area by creating engaging sales presentations that aim to captivate a wide range of potential customers. Communication skills are a must for this position, along with a strong desire to learn a wide range of professional skills.
Entry Level Client Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution of tailored sales presentations o
- Execute the set-up of each event, including displays and inventory
- Facilitate customer interactions throughout the event on behalf of our clients
- Participate in training opportunities to stay up to date on our clients
- Maintain a professional event space at all times
- Create a welcoming environment that encourages customers to ask questions and learn more about our clients and their services
- Track and report all sales to senior management
Entry Level Client Support Representative Qualifications:
- Experience working with a team to successfully execute an event or project
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service, sales, or similar position
- A desire to work in a hands-on environment with various opportunities to continue learning and expanding your professional skill sets
- A comfortability in a leadership or mentor role
- The ability to work full-time & travel locally
