Primary Responsibilities:
- Water Treatment System Installation: Expertly install and maintain whole-house water treatment systems and reverse osmosis units, ensuring optimal performance and water quality.
- Plumbing Diagnostics and Repairs: Accurately diagnose and efficiently repair plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drains, and fixtures.
- Specialized Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to water treatment systems, ensuring clean and safe water for clients.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of plumbing supplies, water treatment equipment, and other materials.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to provide exceptional customer service and support facility operations.
- Versatility: Assist with various tasks within the facilities management team, demonstrating a willingness to contribute.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation techniques.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
- Installation Skills: Proficiency in installing pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients.
- Organizational Skills: Effective time management and prioritization to meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Mentorship: Experience in training and guiding apprentices.
Physical Requirements:
- Physically fit to perform tasks requiring sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, talking, hearing, climbing ladders, using stairs, reaching overhead, crouching, kneeling, or crawling.
- Strong physical strength to lift, carry, and maneuver objects up to 175 pounds.
- Manual dexterity and coordination for precise plumbing work.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a Licensed Journeyman Plumber with at least three years of experience
- Bilingual (required)
- Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends
- Current and valid Texas driver's license
- Subject to a criminal background check
