Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Solar Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Solar electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. This role requires a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and the ability to work safely on construction sites. The Electrician will be responsible for ensuring that electrical systems are installed and functioning correctly while adhering to safety standards. Must Have Tesla Powerwall and Enphase Battery Experience.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair Solar Electrical Systems and equipment in compliance with NEC and Manufacturer Standards.
- Work with Roof team to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time.
- Review Engineering Plans to ensure the Electrical is installed correctly and efficiently.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.
- Work on high voltage systems as needed, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while working in various environments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Solar Electrician, preferably in Residential Solar Installations
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge and Experience installing and commissioning Tesla Powerwall and Enphase battery systems.
- Ability to work at heights or on roofs as required for specific projects.
- Understanding of plumb requirements related to electrical installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations.
