HVAC Service Sales & Account Manager (Salary / Exempt)

Normal Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours

Reports to: VP Service & Special Projects

Start Date: Immediately

Salary: $75,000 to $120,000 annual depending on experience

Area: All of DFW Metroplex

Our company offers preventative maintenance, service and repair for commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. As a premier service provider, we seek quality individuals to join our fast-growing team in DFW.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain and grow sales with existing customers by expanding services.
Cold call and prospect to secure new accounts and contracts.
Deliver sales presentations and promote our services to potential customers.
Promote service contracts and secure bids for large-scale projects.
Identify customer needs to proactively offer solutions that meet expectations and drive business growth.

Basic Qualifications:

Self-starter with strong motivation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Clean criminal and driving record; ability to pass a drug screening.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills.
Proven success in outside sales.
Willingness to travel as needed for customer presentations and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

Four-year degree.
10 years proven experience.
Experience in HVAC sales, refrigeration, and facilities management.
Basic knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC equipment systems.
