Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Bring customers and technology together by educating them on the benefits of our services and products through customer-faced meetings
- Develop and promote customized packages and program renewals for customers based on diverse wants and needs
- Build lasting relationships with customers directly by identifying customer needs, problem-solving concerns, and improving customer satisfaction
- Understand the program needs of our client and stay on track to meet or exceed program goals
- Maintain updated customer information on a regular basis
- Acquire extensive industry skills by attending client conferences to connect customers to the latest products and services
Qualifications We Look for In an Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-faced role
- Strong customer service background and experience with relationship-building is required
- Dependable and resilient
- Confident, energetic, and charming demeanor
- Massive ambition and eager to develop new skills
- Phenomenal negotiation and persuasion tactics
