We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a contract to hire or direct hire in the Richmond, VA area. If all goes well – you will become a full-time member of the team
-5+ years working as a Maintenance Electrician in an Industrial Setting
-Strong Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose a wide array of problems and issues that may arise
-Possess the ability to connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components and install electronic equipment
-Maintain an accurate log of inspections, repairs and overall preventative maintenance
-Ability to work and coordinate with other technicians and departments
-Responsible for observing and following all safety regulations with required PPE
-Extensive background with various Automated Equipment – VFDs, PLC, MSP, etc.
-Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints, schematics and various layout drawings
Shifts – 2 current shifts available:
Sun-Wed – 5:45AM – 5:30 PM, Wed Sat – 5:45AM -5 :30PM
(Hours are subject to change)
-Must be local and able to commute to site daily - **No per diem available**
Wages - based on experience - $35.29
** Must pass background and drug testing **
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $32.00 - $35.19 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Industrial Electrical: 5 years (Preferred)
- Industrial maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
- Industrial Mechanical: 3 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Richmond, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
