Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Plumber to join our team and work on
special projects in collaboration with
general contractor superintendents and project managers. This role involves the demo, installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial settings, ensuring all work meets project specifications, local codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and gas piping.
- Perform maintenance of water supply systems
- Plan the layout of plumbing, using drawings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans.
- Work closely with superintendents, project managers, and foremen to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with other trades on-site to coordinate installations.
- Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a commercial plumber.
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience working with general contractors and project teams.
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license (preferred or required based on state regulations).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
