Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on residential generators
- Diagnose generator malfunctions and implement effective solutions
- Overhaul and rebuild generator components as needed
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on generator systems
- Test and adjust generator performance to meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a generator mechanic or similar role
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Knowledge of generator systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret Generac manuals and diagrams
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from warehouse
