```Duties```
- Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects on time
- Follow safety protocols and regulations when working on HVAC systems
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Experience with new construction systems is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC system design principles
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Field service experience is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Skills:
- Proficient in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair techniques
- Knowledge of zone systems and their operation
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
- Familiarity with HVAC system design principles and schematics
- Experience in field service work, including van driving for on-site repairs
- Ability to repair duct work, hoods, bath fans or equipment related to HVAC systems
- Basic plumbing skills for connecting pipes and fittings

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
