Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning and refrigeration. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. The HVAC Technician will also be responsible for ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools such as an Ohmmeter to identify problems with electrical components.
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Design and build custom HVAC solutions based on specific client needs.
- Operate company vehicles for service calls and transportation of equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
Experience
- Proven experience for at least two years as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems and components.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC installations and repairs.
- A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record is required to operate company vehicles
- Able to pass a background check and drug test

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
