Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial plumbing, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems, schematics, and blueprints. This role requires a hands-on approach to installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Perform pipe threading and assembly for various plumbing installations.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
- Weld pipes as necessary for specific installations or repairs.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians to ensure integrated system functionality.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during installations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints is essential.
- Experience with commercial driving is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
- Ability to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in pipe threading techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
