Quilt is a high-growth startup on a mission to move humanity off of fossil fuel heating to fight climate change. We’re building the next generation, beautifully designed ductless heat pumps and a delightful customer experience.
We are seeking motivated candidates to install our ductless mini split heat pumps. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to learn and grow within HVAC and want to join a fast-growing HVAC company.
Qualifications:
- Some Apprentice level professional trades experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- EPA 608 is a bonus.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds, stand, bend, stoop, reach and climb ladders.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen required.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Support our lead installers to install our own ductless mini splits heat pumps, while learning and increasing your knowledge on installing our product.
- Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.

This role is a full-time, onsite position based out of our Redwood City headquarters and located at customer sites across the Bay Area.
