**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, equipment repair, and residential maintenance.
**Duties:**
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential customers
- Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems
- Perform general maintenance work on HVAC systems including cleaning, adjusting, and replacing filters
- Conduct regular inspections of systems to ensure they are working efficiently
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair
- Knowledge of plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design specifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Experience with appliance repair is a plus
- Property maintenance experience is beneficial
