Overview
We are a small company seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work by themselves as well as with a team.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to design specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain and repair existing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize tools to diagnose issues and conduct necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites as required.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system operations and maintenance.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role as a service technician.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings for installation purposes.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's license is preferred for driving company vehicles to job sites.
