We are looking for an HVAC Installation Helper to join our team! You will assist lead installers with the installation of HVAC systems. From basic residential installation to full ductwork systems on construction projects and everything in between. We offer a large range of learning opportunities within the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Installation copper refrigerant line sets
- Installation of PVC drains
- Venting of exhaust systems
- Install sheet metal and flexible ductwork
Qualifications:
- EPA Preferred
- Must have your own hand tools
- Valid Divers License
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
