Expectations:
As a certified electrician/structured cable technician agency working with LongFi, your team will be expected to:
- Provide on-demand technicians as needed for low-voltage telecommunications equipment installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Note: This is not a consistent, full-time engagement. We require technicians on a project-by-project basis, which could range from once to twice a month, depending on our deployment schedule.
- Work collaboratively with LongFi’s deployment team to ensure efficient and non-intrusive installations that meet our high standards of aesthetics and functionality.
- Ensure the highest safety and quality standards are upheld in all operations.
- Be flexible and available to work at various locations across the region when required.
- Submit valid Certificates of Insurance for every project undertaken.
Skills and Requirements:
- Your agency should have a team of certified electricians specializing in structured cabling and low-voltage systems, with proven experience working in restaurants and high-end venues.
- Expertise in handling network communication equipment, including but not limited to:
- Antennas (small-cell, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Hotspots (indoor/outdoor)
- Ethernet cabling and troubleshooting
- Low-voltage power systems for telecommunications
- Proficiency in clean and aesthetic installations is critical to meet the expectations of our clients.
- Experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage and network communication systems, ideally in commercial or retail environments.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Strong adherence to electrical safety standards and local codes.
- Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective communication skills across your team.
- A customer-focused and team-oriented approach to ensure seamless project execution.
