Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrician and motivated Manager to lead our team and oversee all operational aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional project management skills, and a deep understanding of construction management, Residential and or Commercial electrical principles. This role requires a Infield experience with several years of hands on knowledge.
Duties
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
- Oversee project scheduling and coordination to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement project management strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system design and schematics to ensure technical accuracy in project execution.
- Review contracts and negotiate terms with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable agreements.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to staff to promote professional development within the team.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, construction management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Excellent skills in project scheduling, coordination, and resource management.
- Ability to build effective teams and lead through influence while fostering a positive work environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management and system design is preferred.
